The Versailles High School Counseling Office assists students in grades 9-12, utilizing a comprehensive school counseling curriculum that focuses on students' social-emotional well-being, individual student planning, responsive services, and systems of support.

Transcript Request Instructions

For Former Students: Transcripts may be requested from the Counseling Office by telephone, e-mail, or by stopping into the office and filling out a "Transcript Request Form." Please allow two business days for preparations and mailing. Please plan accordingly.

Please provide the following information:

• Your name at graduation
• Your year of graduation
• The purpose of the transcript (college application, job application, scholarship)
• Contact telephone number or e-mail address
• Where you would like the transcript sent
• Date of Birth

Email requests should be sent to Pam Dykzeul at dykzeulp@versaillestigers.org.

NOTICE: Please allow 48 hours for all transcripts to be processed. Remember, the earlier the better!
